- 1lb fresh shrimp
- 4serrano chilies, stemmed and rough chopped
- 5 -6limes, juiced
- 1⁄3cup cilantro
- 1 1⁄4teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1⁄2small red onion, finely sliced
- 1⁄31cucumber
- 1avocado, slices
- 8 -10tostadas
- When you make these aguachiles, you add as many serrano peppers as you like, it all depends on how spicy you want it.
